The finish is long and fades with slight hint of toffee, malt, spice, smoke and wood.

Hibiki 21 Year is a highly coveted award winning whisky which really showcases class and sophistication with this array of botanicals which is said to "enhance" the whisky with its distinctive flavor. On the nose you'll notice profound aromas of cooked fruit, dried apricot, dark cherry.; The palate is rich with sweet hints of caramel, spice, and hints of Mizunara casks. Hibiki 12 Year, 17 Year & 21 Year Bundle are unique spirits that are stunning 12, 17 & 21 year-old blends from Hibiki, some of the whisky has been part-matured in plum liqueur casks. Along with grain from Chita and malt from Yamazaki the Hibiki blend uses some whisky matured in plum wine casks in the mix. Suntory is the oldest whisky making company in Japan. Its origins stretch back to a small shop, started in 1899 by Torii Shinjiro, which specialized in selling imported wines. Today, it is the country’s largest and most recognizable producer of quality whisky. Of all its products, the Hibiki remains the most popular, having been chosen as the best whisky in the world on several occasions.
