This tequila is made with 100% blue agave, harvested only when overripe and distilled at La AlteĆĀ±a Distillery in the Highlands of Jalisco.
This expression is gently rested for 3 years in ex-american oak whiskey barrels, creating a slightly darker amber color.Ā With a flavor full of complex cooked agave notes, toffee, and black pepper, and a deep, long lasting peppery and anise seed finish, this vintage ocho tequila is one for the collection!
